Olinda Jumbo Bar Olives are naturally cured and pitted Sicilian Sevillano olive fermented in salt brine for over 10 months.  Our all natural process takes some time, but it ensures a firm, pungent and seductively bitter tasting olive.

  • Jumbo olives are 110/120 count.

  • Our flagship California Sevillano variety olive is all natural, and is cured and fermented in brine.

  • No lye is ever used in any of our products!

  • Our process requires that raw olives remain in the brine tank for at least ten months.

  • All olives from Olinda carry the kosher certification.

  • Available in case pack of (4) one gallon jars for the food service and beverage professional.
