We love this Savory Mediterranean Feta Dip.  It’s perfect for any bar menu and is very quick to prepare.  Simply combine the ingredients below for a tangy dip that whets the appetite for more to come. We like to serve our dip with homemade pita chips but it’s also great with fresh bread or raw cut veggies.  Add this dish to your antipasto platter for a burst of flavor.

Ingredients:

1 cup Olinda California Queens, chopped
1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup sundried tomatoes, minced
1 small shallot, minced
1/4 cup Olinda Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, sliced thinly

Method:

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Season with black pepper and serve with cut pita wedges.
